Official Photo Contest Rules

No Purchase Necessary.

This contest is open to legal U.S. residents at least 18 years of age at the date of entry. Three entries per household per calendar month. Void outside of the U.S. and where restricted or prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Photos must be submitted in JPEG format.

All photo contest entries become the property of Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc and may be included in future online and offline media.

HOW TO ENTER: Simply upload your photo(s) Here and complete the entry form. REMEMBER your first name, last initial and city and state will be viewable in our photo gallery.

Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any entry which Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc., in its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with its reputation. Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc. assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures.

JUDGING: All entries received will be judged by Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc. based on photo quality, composition and creativity of image. One grand prize winner will be chosen per month. Decision of judges is final and binding.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per month. Grand Prize winner will receive the grand prize for the month during which the photo was entered.

The fine print: By submitting your photo, you grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout in any editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes in any media, including the internet. You grant Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc., the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose. Entrants who do not agree to this use should not enter this contest. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc. for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel contest if it becomes technically corrupted.

Any applicable local, state or federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). By participating, entrants release Skip's Outdoor Accents, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, respective officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the contest or any prize awarded.
